Talk about an elegant dish! This sumptuous treat uses our CAULIPOWER Three Cheese Pizza as a base for wholesome chickpeas, sauteed mushrooms and fragrant rosemary. Perfect for a sunny day or movie night, and nutritious to boot.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chickpeas (boiled)
  • 2 cup mushrooms (halved)
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 cup spinach

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Remove your CAULIPOWER pizza crust from the box and the plastic wrapping and place on a clean surface.
  3. Top with chickpeas, mushrooms, spinach and finely chopped fresh rosemary. 
  4. Place pizza in the oven and bake for 13-15 minutes.
  5. Remove and serve hot.
