'Dressed to Kale' Pizza

It turns out that kale is a gorgeous (and delicious) accessory to cauliflower. Make a bold statement with this super healthy combo. Trust us, one bite and this model of healthy eating will be all the rage.

Vegetarian Gluten-Free

Ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower Pizza Crusts
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 cup fresh kale, stemmed and chopped
  • 1 cup butternut squash or pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons toasted pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Heat oil in medium skillet. Add kale, cook until slightly wilted, and then remove from hot stove top.
  3. Remove your CAULIPOWER crust from the box and the plastic wrapping, and place on a clean surface.
  4. Pat yourself on the back for eating healthy yet delicious food.
  5. Spread butternut squash or pumpkin puree evenly over your CAULIPOWER plain crust, leaving 1/2 inch around the edges.
  6. Top your crust with cooked kale, and sprinkle with toasted pumpkin seeds and feta.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until crust appears golden-brown.
