Would you believe us if we said cauliflower-based brownies were better than the real thing? Well, one bite of these fudgy chocolate bites and there will be no convincing necessary. Thanks to the Original Cauliflower-Based Baking Mix, the world can now enjoy guilt-free brownies that are packed with cauliflower and loaded with vitamin C. Yup. We're serious. 

cup CAULIPOWER Cauliflower-Based Baking Mix (Original)
cup (1 stick) butter
1 1/2
cups sugar
large eggs
tsp. vanilla extract
cup unsweetened cocoa powder
cup semi-sweet chocolate chip morsels (optional)
cup chopped nuts (optional)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F

Step 2

Grease an 8 or 9-inch square baking pan; set aside

Step 3

Melt butter in medium saucepan on medium-low heat, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in sugar until blended. (This will cool the butter enough so that when adding the eggs, they will not curdle.)

Step 4

Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition

Step 5

Stir in vanilla, and then gradually stir in baking mix and cocoa

Step 6

Stir in chocolate morsels and/or nuts (if using)

Step 7

Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 33 to 38 minutes or until top is firm to the touch and a wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean

Step 8

Remove from oven and cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into squares. Store in tightly covered container at room temperature
