Ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower Pizza Crusts
  • 1/3 cup crumbled goat cheese
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 4-5 mission figs, sliced
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary or parsley for garnish

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. Remove your CAULIPOWER crust from the box and the plastic wrapping, and place on a clean surface.
  3. Try to contain your excitement over making what might be the best pizza of your life.
  4. Sprinkle goat cheese evenly around your crust and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until crust appears golden-brown.
  5. While that’s in the oven, grab a saucepan and bring balsamic vinegar to a boil, reduce heat and then simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Top your cooked pizza with figs and garnish. Drizzle balsamic over crust to taste.
