This delicious and inventive pizza has flavors so bright you're gonna need sunglasses. Artichoke, ranch and garlic get a healthy sprinkling of sauteed crimini mushrooms, capers and mozzarella for a super satisfying superfood supper.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower Pizza Crusts
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 5 to 6 pressed garlic
  • 1 cup artichokes (thinly sliced)
  • 2 tablespoon capers
  • 1 cup organic mozzarella
  • arugula (handful)

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Remove your CAULIPOWER pizza crust from the box and the plastic wrapping and place on a clean surface.
  3. Spread the ranch pizza sauce evenly on the crust.
  4. Top with all the ingredients.
  5. Place pizza in the oven and bake for 13 - 15 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and serve.
