If you love your pasta maker, but want to lighten up the results, this is for you. Savory Italian flavors bring out the best in cauliflower, especially with some bright and meaty Bolognese. And the added protein from CAULI-FLOUR makes the consistency of your pasta bella!

Ingredients
3 1/3 c.
CAULI-FLOUR
1
egg
1 tsp.
salt
3/4 c.
water
1 oz
parmesan, optional
Cooking Instructions
Step 1

Combine all ingredients until it makes a ball of dough.

Step 2

Flatten dough on a lightly CAULI-FLOUR'ed surface

Step 3

Use your machine to knead the pasta into the desired shape (spaghetti holds up to meat sauce very well)

Step 1

Top with your favorite jarred meaty pasta sauce. Sprinkle with freshly grated parmesan.
