Heat up waffle iron.
Meanwhile, mix together eggs, yogurt, and almond milk.
Add CAULI-FLOUR, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Mix well and add butter.
Pour 1/4 c. mixture on the waffle iron and cook for approximately 6 mins.
Top with strawberries, syrup, powdered sugar, or whatever you like
