You'll love these a waffle lot. Great with whatever toppings you love, especially chocolate or even bacon (gasp!), this veggified waffle is a nutritious, delicious way to start the day.

Ingredients
2
eggs
1/2 c.
plain yogurt
1/2 c.
almond milk, unsweetened
1/2 c.
CAULI-FLOUR
1 tsp.
baking soda
1 tsp.
baking powder
1/4 tsp.
Himalayan sea salt
2 tbsp.
melted, unsalted butter
strawberries, optional
organic maple syrup, optional
Cooking Instructions
Step 1

Heat up waffle iron.

Step 2

Meanwhile, mix together eggs, yogurt, and almond milk.

Step 3

Add CAULI-FLOUR, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

Step 4

Mix well and add butter.

Step 5

Pour 1/4 c. mixture on the waffle iron and cook for approximately 6 mins.

Step 6

Top with strawberries, syrup, powdered sugar, or whatever you like
