Keep it simple, snackers! This twist on the classic margherita brings an extra bit of elegance, with spicy arugula and tangy balsamic topping a creamy crumble of fresh goat cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower Pizza Crusts
  • 2 Tomatoes (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup goat cheese
  • basil (handful)
  • arugula (handful)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Sea salt (as desired)
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Drizzle of olive oil and balsamic

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Remove your CAULIPOWER pizza crust from the box and the plastic wrapping and cook for 13-15 mins.
  3. Carefully remove the crust from the oven. Top with sliced tomatoes, goat cheese, basil, arugula and sprinkle garlic powder, sea salt, red pepper flakes.
  4. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic and serve. 
 Close
