1 Tbsp
Black Pepper
1/2 Tbsp
Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp
Dried Thyme
1 tsp
Onion Powder
1/4 tsp

1/4 cup
unsweetened original almond milk
chicken strips (bone-in or boneless)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1

In a zip top plastic bag, combine Cauliflower-Based Baking mix, paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder, dried thyme, onion powder, and dried oregano. Seal bag and shake well.

Step 2

In a shallow dish, beat eggs and almond milk.

Step 3

Dip chicken pieces into egg mixture, shake off excess, then place in the bag with coating. Seal and shake until coated.

Step 4

Put coated chicken on baking sheet and bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 30-60 minutes or until juices run clear (longer times for large pieces and bone in). The chicken is thoroughly cooked and safe to eat when a meat thermometer reads 165°F.
