tsp. baking powder
cup + 2 Tbsp. water
Tbsp. olive oil
cup basil marinara sauce
cup paleo-friendly cheese
handful organic baby spinach
whole basil leaves (with stems removed)
slices of Applegate turkey pepperoni
oz. sliced black olives (BPA-free lining)
Pinch Himalayan salt
Cooking Instructions
Step 1

Add Cauliflower-Based Baking mix, baking powder, water and oil to large bowl and mix until evenly blended

Step 2

Shape dough into a ball and place into bowl or baking tray and cover. FOR BEST RESULTS, let dough rise for 1 hour in a warm place or in refrigerator for 8-24 hours, until doubled in size

Step 3

Preheat oven to 425F

Step 4

Place dough ball on a baking tray or parchment paper dusted well with additional baking mix

Step 5

Press or roll out dough to desired thickness and crust size, and poke crust all over with fork

Step 6

Place crust onto hot pizza stone or baking sheet and bake for 14-16 minutes or until golden brown, and then remove crust from oven

Step 7

Spread marinara sauce evenly over crust, leaving ¼ inch around the edges

Step 8

Cover crust evenly with paleo-friendly cheese and then top with turkey pepperoni (cooked), spinach, and basil leaves

Step 9

Place your pizza creation back in the oven and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted. (Note: Pizza can be baked directly on parchment paper)
