Taco Tuesdays just got healthier. These are quick, simple, and perfect for a weeknight meal or a build-your-own weekend fiesta.

Ingredients
2 filets
Alaskan cod or other flaky, white fish
1/2 cup
CAULI-FLOUR
1 tsp.
Mrs. Dash, Old Bay, or your favorite spice blend
1 pinch
chili powder, salt, pepper
Olive oil cooking spray
Bolthouse Cilantro Avocado Yogurt Dressing (or low-fat sour cream mixed with hot sauce)
1 head
fresh Iceberg lettuce
1 c.
prepared pico de gallo

Cooking Instructions
Step 1

Preheat oven to 400°

Step 2

Cut cod into strips and pat dry.

Step 3

Mix CAULI-FLOUR and spices in a shallow bowl.

Step 4

Dip cod strips in spice mixture.

Step 5

Spray cookie sheet and fish strips lightly with olive oil cooking spray

Step 6

Bake for 12-15 mins. until golden brown.

Step 7

Build tacos with optional pico de gallo, avocado, and dressing on a single leaf of lettuce
