Ingredients

cup CAULI-FLOUR by CAULIPOWER

Tbsp. sugar
1/2
tsp. baking powder

cup milk
1
tsp vanilla extract
1
large egg
2
Tbsp. vegetable oil
Cooking Instructions
Step 1

Blend CAULI-FLOUR by CAULIPOWER, sugar and baking powder in a large bowl

Step 2

Add milk, egg, vanilla extract and vegetable oil into bowl and whisk until only small lumps remain

Step 3

Heat griddle or pan

Step 4

Lightly grease griddle with oil or cooking spray

Step 5

Pour ¼ cup of batter for each pancake and cook until bubbles appear on surface

Step 6

Whip out your master chef skills and flip your pancake to the opposite side

Step 7

Cook until bottom is golden brown
