That cauliflower is so hot right now. Welcome to the Veganning of a whole new pizza trend. This easy-to-make cauliflower-based crust is the perfect blank canvas for your ultimate vegan pizza. With toppings as simple as marinara sauce, vegan cheese, and some colorful crunchy peppers, it'll be hard to believe your eating pizza that's gluten free, vegan, and loaded with vitamin C. Prepare to amaze your dinner guests, but please, no paparazzi.

cups CAULI-FLOUR Make Whatever You Want Mix Original
cup water
1 1/2
Tbsp. olive oil
cup red pizza sauce (vegan)
cup shredded vegan cheese
cup sliced bell peppers
Pinch of chili flakes
Tbsp. minced garlic
Cooking Instructions
Step 1

Preheat oven to 425°F

Step 2

Combine CAULI-FLOUR Make Whatever You Want Mix Original, water and olive oil in mixing bowl, stirring until a stiff dough forms. Let rest 15 minutes

Step 3

Dip hands into additional CAULI-FLOUR Make Whatever You Want Mix Original and spread dough into a 10-inch diameter circle on parchment paper-lined baking sheet OR oil an 8-inch by 12-inch rimmed baking pan and press dough to the edges

Step 4

Bake 14 to 16 minutes, and then remove from oven

Step 5

Spread vegan pizza sauce evenly over your crust, leaving ¼ inch around the edges

Step 6

Top crust with vegan cheese and sliced bell peppers

Step 7

Return your crust to the oven and bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and toppings are hot

Step 8

Remove from oven and let rest on pan on wire rack for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with minced garlic to taste
