Curried Riced Cauliflower

Our simplest riced cauliflower of them all, with a punch of flavor that can't be beat. Deep curry flavors, crispy riced cauliflower, gluten-free, keto, and 100 calories for the WHOLE CUP (yup, you read that right). You might want to curry before it's all gone.

Cauliflower, Cilantro, Sunflower Oil, Sea Salt, Curry Powder (Spices, Turmeric, Salt), Vegan Seasoning (Yeast Extract, Salt, Dried Onion, Sunflower Oil, Dried Carrot, Natural Flavor, Dried Garlic, Spice).

Contains 2% Or Less Of The Following: Garlic, Onion, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Spices.

Skillet (recommended)

  1. Remove lid and film from container
  2. Empty contents into a non-stick skillet that’s been sprayed with cooking spray
  3. Cook over medium-high heat for 7 to 8 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Stir occasionally with heat resistant spatula.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool for 1 to 2 minutes

Microwave

  1. Remove lid and film from container
  2. Microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes
  3. Remove from microwave and stir
  4. Microwave for an additional 30 seconds to 1 minute until thoroughly heated
  5. Stir and let cool for 1 to 2 minutes

Heating appliances may vary. Adjust cook time as necessary. Rice is done when excess moisture is gone and rice is warmed to the preferred temperature.

Caution: Cup will be hot. Cool before eating.

KEEP FROZEN. COOK THOROUGHLY. COOK FROM FROZEN.
