Ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower Pizza Crusts
  • 2 tablespon truffle olive oil
  • 1/2 cup cashew cheese sauce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 cup mushrooms (halved)
  • 1 zucchini (cut in rounds)
  • 1/2 cup basil

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Remove your CAULIPOWER pizza crust from the box and the plastic wrapping and place on a clean surface.
  3. Top with all the ingredients except cashew cheese sauce.
  4. Place pizza in the oven and bake for 13 - 15 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and top with the cashew cheese sauce.
