  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. 
  2. Cook CAULIPOWER Chicken Tenders for 15-17 minutes. Flip halfway.
  3. Place a slice of mozzarella cheese on top of each piece of chicken. Return to the oven until the cheese is bubbling and lightly browned.
  4. While the CAULIPOWER Chicken Tenders finish, cut the zucchini into thin shreds or use a spiralizer to create zucchini noodles. 
  5. Serve the chicken over the raw zucchini noodles and sauce, and sprinkle with parmesan.
