Let's be honest, one of the best parts about Thanksgiving is the leftovers. Turn the biggest feast of the year into one of its best pizzas and get everyone craving the Fall feels again. Toppings are dealer’s choice, so use whatever you’ve got, giving thanks to cauliflower for making a delicious superfood crust!

Ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower Pizza Crusts
  • 1 cup sweet potato (cut in thin slices & baked)
  • 1 cup butternut squash (cut in thin slices & baked)
  • 1 cup turkey (cooked)
  • 1 cup arugula

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Remove your CAULIPOWER pizza crust from the box and the plastic wrapping and place on a clean surface.
  3. Top with all ingredients. Make sure to use pre-cooked sweet potatoes and butter nut squash. 
  4. Place pizza in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and serve.
