Ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower Pizza Crusts
  • 1 lb mixed mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 cup whole-milk ricotta
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • olive oil
  • salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Remove CAULIPOWER Pizza Crust from freezer; using a large spoon, spread 1/4 cup ricotta evenly within the rim.
  3. Add mozzarella, mushrooms, and salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper to taste. Drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Transfer the pizza to the oven (place directly on the oven rack) and bake for 13 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is crisp and golden, and the cheese at the center is bubbly.
  5. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
