High-Protein Buffalo Ranch Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower Pizza Crust
  • 16 ounces 2% Good Culture Cottage Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Buffalo sauce of choice
  • 1 - 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning

Directions

  1. Defrost your Cauliflower Pizza Crust
  2. Preheat your oven according to the CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Crust package instructions.
  3. Cut Crust into crackers.
  4. Brush each cracker with olive oil.
  5. Season with garlic, salt, and pepper as desired.
  6. Bake for 9 - 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. While crackers are baking, add the cottage cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch seasoning into a blender and blend on high until thoroughly mixed!
  8. Enjoy!
