Our White Pizza combines our award-winning stone-fired cauliflower crust with melty mozzarella, parmesan, romano and asiago cheeses, spinach, and a delicious Italian white sauce with garlic to create our most unique pizza yet. Stone-fired & Crispier than Ever!

We asked ourselves how we could make a White Pizza with a cauliflower crust even BETTER, and then we found a way: by stone-firing it! Now you can enjoy a delicious, crispy, restaurant-style taste straight from your freezer.

Crust (Cauliflower, Brown Rice Flour, White Rice Flour, Water, Tapioca Starch, Cornstarch, Sunflower Oil, Egg, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Baking Powder [Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Corn Starch, Monocalcium Phosphate], Xanthan Gum, Sugar, Yeast, Vinegar, Salt), Bechamel Sauce (Water, Seasoning [Dry Whole Milk, Modified Corn Starch, Salt, Garlic, Less than 2% Sugar, Yeast Extract, Natural Flavors, Spices, Onion, Dried Chives, Whey, Maltodextrin, Dehydrated Butter, Soybean Oil {Processing Aid}]), Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese (Pasteurized Part Skim Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Enzymes), Spinach, Parmesan, Romano and Asiago Cheese Blend (Pasteurized Part Skim Cow's Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Enzymes).

Enjoy tasty, crispy, melty, crazy good CAULIPOWER® pizza in 3 easy steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (conventional oven recommended!)
  2. Remove pizza from box, overwrap, & cardboard
  3. Cook pizza directly on the middle rack (no pan needed!) until the cheese is golden brown and crust is crispy, typically 13-15 minutes

Your oven temperature may vary so adjust cook time & temperature as necessary.
