Ingredients

  • 4 All Natural Spicy(ish) Chicken Tenders
  • 1 cup slaw mix
  • 1 tbsp green onion
  • 1/2 tsp honey plus more for drizzle
  • 1/2 tsp sriracha
  • 1/2 tbsp mayo
  • 6 sweet & hot jalapeños, plus 1 tbsp juice for slaw
  • pinch crushed red pepper flakes, to taste
  • fresh dill, for garnish
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 brioche buns
  • salt, to taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. In a bowl combine slaw mix, green onion, 1/2 tsp honey, sriracha, mayo, 1 tbsp jalapeño juice, fresh dill, and a pinch of red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined then set aside.
  2. Air fry CAULIPOWER Chicken Tenders according to package instructions.
  3. Cook two sunny side up eggs over medium heat.
  4. Toast brioche buns if desired, then top the bottom of the bun with 3 slices of sweet and hot jalapeño, a generous layer of slaw, two CAULIPOWER tenders, and a light drizzle of honey. Top off with the sunny side up egg, some flaky salt, more dill, and red pepper flakes. Add top bun and enjoy!
