  1. Cut defrosted Base Crust into triangles.
  2. Drizzle or spray Base Crust with olive oil and season as desired.
  3. Bake crust according to package instructions until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Season ricotta with salt and pepper.
  5. Whip ricotta with a hand mixer until light and creamy - about two minutes.
  6. Add a generous amount of whipped ricotta to each crostini. We recommend using a piping bag!
  7. Drizzle with honey, and enjoy!
