Chicken Breast with Rib Meat, Chicken Broth, Rice Flour, Yellow Corn Flour, Oat Fiber, Chickpea Flour, Salt, Dried Cauliflower, Potato Starch, Garlic Powder, Leavening (Cream of Tartar, Sodium Bicarbonate), Spices (Including Celery), Onion Powder, Paprika, Xanthan Gum, Natural Flavor. Coating Set in Vegetable Oil.

Toaster Oven

  1. Preheat convention oven to 400°F.
  2. Place nuggets on a baking sheet.
  3. Heat 9 to 11 minutes, flipping nuggets halfway through heating time for best results.

Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Place nuggets on a baking sheet.
  3. Heat 12 to 14 minutes for conventional oven, flipping nuggets halfway through heating time for best results.

Air Fryer

  1. Preheat air fryer for 3 minutes at 400°F
  2. Place nuggets in the basket in a single layer. Do not overcrowd
  3. Heat 6 to 8 minutes.

Microwave

  1. Place 4 nuggets on a microwave safe plate.
  2. Heat uncovered on HIGH for 90 seconds.

For best results on all cooking methods: Flip the tenders halfway through cook time. Your oven temperature may vary so adjust cook time & temperature as necessary. Tenders are done when internal temperature reaches 165°F and the coating is crispy.

Caution: Tenders will be hot. Cool before eating.
