Ingredients

  • 2-3 slices vegan cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups tomato soup
  • vegan unsweetened plain yogurt, for garnish
  • basil, for garnish
  • pepper, for garnish

Cooking Instructions

  1. Cook CAULIPOWER Sweet PotaTOASTS according to packaging.
  2. Top one of the CAULIPOWER Sweet PotaTOASTS with cheese, add remaining slice, and broil until cheese is melted.
  3. Cut sandwich in half, and serve alongside tomato soup garnished with a yogurt drizzle, fresh basil, and pepper.
