Start the New Year fresh with this easy, delicious winter salad featuring our Chicken Bites. Crisp, seasonal, and full of flavor!
Ingredients
- 1 bag All Natural Chicken Bites
- 3 oz. shredded kale
- 3 oz. red cabbage
- 1 sweet potato, cubed and roasted
- 1 apple, diced
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 4 oz. crumbled goat cheese
- your favorite homemade dressing
Cooking Instructions
- Cook CAULIPOWER Original Chicken Bites according to package instructions. Once done, cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Add the shredded kale and red cabbage to a large bowl.
- Add sweet potato, apple, pomegranate seeds, pecans, goat cheese, and chicken bites to the salad bowl.
- Toss with your favorite homemade dressing and enjoy!
