Prosciutto, arugula and lemon zest - OH MY! Get your savory and your zesty on a healthy cauliflower crust - all in mere minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower Pizza Crusts
  • 1/2 cup red pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup shredded sheep milk pecorino cheese
  • 2 ounces prosciutto
  • 1 Meyer lemon, thinly sliced
  • arugula (small handful)
  • 1 tablespoon bagel seasoning

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425° and place CAULIPOWER pizza crust on a baking sheet, spread a thin layer of pizza sauce evenly, followed by cheese and lemon slices. Bake for 13 minutes. 
  2. Remove from oven. Top with prosciutto, arugula and everything but the bagel seasoning. 
  3. Slice and enjoy!
