Talk about a feast for the eyes. No matter which way you say tomato, you’re gonna enjoy the fruits of your labor when you try this pie. Kale, sun-dried tomatoes, sliced beefsteak tomato from the garden, meyer lemon and goat cheese make for a beautiful pizza indeed.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower Pizza Crusts
  • 1 bunch kale, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup fresh tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 meyer lemon, sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Remove your CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Pizza Crust from the box and the plastic wrapping and place on a clean surface.
  3. Place pizza in the oven and bake for 13 - 15 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and layer the ingredients evenly on the crust.
  5. Remove from oven and serve.
