Post-Workout Veggie Pizza

For a major replenishment after the gym, or just a satisfying Pizza Night with the fam, this supremely veggie loaded pie is sure to please. Veg up with bell peppers, mushrooms, basil and feta - with just a splash of balsamic to set it off. 

1 CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Pizza Crust
1 cup pizza sauce
fresh basil (handful chopped)
1/2 green bell pepper (thinly sliced)
1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
1 pack mushrooms (halved)
1/2 red bell pepper (thinly sliced)
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Remove your CAULIPOWER pizza crust from the box and the plastic wrapping and place on a clean surface.
  3. Spread the pizza sauce evenly on the crust.
  4. Top with all the ingredients. 
  5. Place pizza in the oven and bake for 13 - 15 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and serve.
