Ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower Pizza Crusts
  • heirloom tomatoes, sliced
  • 4 oz basil pesto
  • 1/4 cup ricotta cheese
  • basil, to garnish
  • lemon zest, to garnish
  • salt & pepper, to taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Remove CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Crust from freezer, layer with basil pesto, sliced heirloom tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Bake according to package instructions.
  3. Top with dollops of ricotta cheese, fresh basil leaves, and lemon zest. Slice and enjoy!
