Directions
Preheat the oven according to the CAULIPOWER crust package directions.
Place the crust on a baking sheet or directly on the oven rack, depending on the package instructions.
Spread the dairy-free ricotta evenly over the crust, leaving a small border around the edges.
Layer the sliced peaches over the ricotta, then add torn pieces of prosciutto on top.
Drizzle lightly with olive oil if desired, then bake according to the crust package directions, or until the crust is crisp and the toppings are warmed through.
Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
Top with fresh arugula, then drizzle with balsamic glaze.
Finish with black pepper and fresh basil if using. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
