Ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower Pizza Crusts
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella, shredded
  • 1/2 cup corned beef, cooked and shredded
  • 1/4 potato, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 tbsp butter
  • chimichurri sauce, for garnish

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat, then, add cabbage and sauté for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Remove CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Crust from freezer. Top with cheese, potatoes, cabbage, and corned beef.
  4. Bake pizza for 13-16 minutes.
  5. Remove pizza from oven, and garnish with chimichurri sauce.
  6. Serve immediately!
