It's all about crisp, just-picked produce in a dramatic, rustic arrangement. Pair a mild ricotta with fragrant arugula, herbs, fresh peas, blistered cherry tomatoes and a drizzle of olive oil for one elegant pie.

1 CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Pizza Crust
1/2 cup ricotta
1/2 cup arugula
1/2 cup fresh peas
blistered cherry tomatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
herbs (of your choice)
Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Remove your CAULIPOWER pizza crust from the box and the plastic wrapping and place on a clean surface.
  3. Spread the ricotta on the crust evenly and top with all other ingredients.
  4. Place pizza in the oven and bake for 13-15 minutes.
  5. Remove and serve hot.
