This modernist masterpiece of a pizza is about as beautiful (and tasty) as they come. Broccoli and tahini pesto makes for a vibrant, nutritious base, and subtly topping it with chard, heirloom tomatoes and mushrooms makes it a sight to behold.

Ingredients

  • 1 2 Cauliflower Crusts
  • 2 cups broccoli, lightly steamed
  • 1 Tbsp tahini
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1-2 garlic cloves
  • salt to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Remove your CAULIPOWER Pizza Crust from the box and the plastic wrapping and place on a clean surface.
  3. In a blender, puree broccoli, tahini, cumin powder, garlic and salt to make broccoli pesto. 
  4. Spread evenly on pizza crust.
  5. Top with all the ingredients.
  6. Place pizza in the oven and bake for 13 - 15 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and serve.
