Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup ricotta
  • 1 handful baby spinach
  • 1 can cooked artichoke
  • 1 sprig parsley, chopped

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Place 2-3 dollops of ricotta on top of a CAULIPOWER pizza, spread into a thin layer.
  3. Add baby spinach and cooked artichoke.
  4. Cook the pizza for 13-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is melted.
  5. Remove from the oven, top with and serve immediately.
