1 cup CAULIPOWER Cauliflower-Based Baking Mix (Paleo)
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1 egg
1/4 cup unsweetened original almond milk
3 chicken strips (bone-in or boneless)
Cooking Instructions
  1. In a zip top plastic bag, combine CAULIPOWER Cauliflower-Based Baking mix, paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder, dried thyme, onion powder, and dried oregano. Seal bag and shake well.
  2. In a shallow dish, beat eggs and almond milk.
  3. Dip chicken pieces into egg mixture, shake off excess, then place in the bag with coating. Seal and shake until coated.
  4. Put coated chicken on baking sheet and bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 30-60 minutes or until juices run clear (longer times for large pieces and bone in). The chicken is thoroughly cooked and safe to eat when a meat thermometer reads 165°F.
