This one feels like spring in Tuscany. The perfect balance of tart, sweet and sharp – with peaches, garlic-infused olive oil, paper thin prosciutto, mozz and ricotta, topped with a balsamic reduction. Che bella pizza!

1 CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Pizza Crust
1 cup peach (slices)
1 cup prosciutto
1 garlic clove (minced)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Remove your CAULIPOWER pizza crust from the box and the plastic wrapping and place on a clean surface.
  3. Mix the olive oil and minced garlic and spread it on the CAULIPOWER pizza crust.
  4. Add the peach slices and prosciutto.
  5. Place pizza in the oven and bake for 13 - 15 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and serve.
