"An Urge To Kale" Butternut Squash Pizza On Cauliflower Crust

Death by pizza? The decadence of this sweet and savory cauli-creation topped with black truffle oil might sound dangerous, but its superfood nutrition will actually give you life. 

1 CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Pizza Crust
1 cup butternut squash puree
1 cup fresh kale, stemmed and chopped
2 teaspoons coconut oil
2 tablespoons toasted pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
Black truffle oil (for drizzling)
Freshly ground black pepper
Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Heat coconut oil in medium skillet. Add kale and cook until slightly wilted.
  3. Remove your CAULIPOWER crust from the box and the plastic wrapping, and place on a clean surface.
  4. Spread butternut squash puree evenly over your CAULIPOWER plain crust, leaving 1/2 inch around the edges.
  5. Top your crust with cooked kale, toasted pumpkin seeds, and feta.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until crust appears golden-brown.
  7. Lightly drizzle with black truffle oil and a crack of freshly ground black pepper.
