Your guests will be green with envy when this bright, creative pizza comes their way. Basil and pea puree with savory pine nuts, broccoli and asparagus for a mega-dose of superfoodie (and Instagram worthy) goodness.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower Pizza Crusts
  • 2 cups peas, blanched
  • 1 cup fresh basil
  • 1 broccolini, lightly steamed
  • 10-15 asparagus , lightly steamed
  • 3 Tbsp pinenuts
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 pod of garlic

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Remove your CAULIPOWER Pizza Crust from the box and the plastic wrapping and place on a clean surface.
  3. In a blender, puree peas, basil garlic, salt and pepper. 
  4. Spread puree evenly on pizza crust.
  5. Top with all the ingredients.
  6. Place pizza in the oven and bake for 13 - 15 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and serve.
