Ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower Pizza Crusts
  • 1 cup carrot tops (lightly packed)
  • 1/4 cup flat-leaf parsley
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 1/4 cup walnuts plus more for garnish
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • rand yellow beets, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • balsamic glaze, to garnish

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. In food processor, blend carrot tops, parsley, cilantro, walnuts, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and olive oil until desired consistency.
  3. Remove CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Crust from freezer and top with pesto, red onion, beets, and walnuts.
  4. Bake for 13-16 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven, slice, and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
