A classic favorite with a CAULI-twist! This easy Chicken (Tender) Parmesan swaps in our crispy chicken tenders for a fun, delicious take on the dish you know and love!

Ingredients

  • 1 bag All Natural Chicken Tenders
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1.5-2 cups of mozzarella cheese
  • olive oil
  • small handful of fresh herbs
  • salt, to taste
  • red pepper flakes, to taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 320°F. Toss cherry tomatoes with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Roast for 25-30 minutes, or until soft and juicy.
  2. Bake chicken tenders at 425°F for 15-17 minutes, or until cooked through.
  3. Place cooked chicken tenders on a plate and top with roasted tomatoes and melted cheese.
  4. Garnish with fresh herbs and red pepper flakes. Enjoy!
