"Chips" & Mango Pico De Gallo Dip

Putting you onto the snack of the summer: Zesty CAULIPOWER "Chips" paired with Mango Salsa Dip!

Ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower Pizza Crusts
  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 mango, diced
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/3 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 jalapeno, finely diced
  • 1 tbsp, cilantro, finely diced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Carefully slice CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Crust into 12 equal triangles and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Brush olive oil on each triangle, front and back.
  3. Bake for 7-8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
  4. While the chips bake, make the Mango Pico De Gallo. In a small bowl, mix together all of the ingredients. Squeeze the lime juice and sprinkle the cilantro all over the salsa and mix until well combined.
  5. Pair chips with Mango Pico De Gallo and enjoy!
