Ingredients

  • 1 Cheese Lovers Stone-fired Cauliflower Crust Pizza
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup radicchio, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olives, chopped
  • 1/4 cup onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup salami, diced
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup pepperoncini, diced
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp pepperoncini brine
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp oregano, minced
  • 1 garlic clove, grated
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425F.
  2. In a bowl, combine salad ingredients and set aside.
  3. Bake pizza for 11-13 minutes until golden brown around the edges and cheese has melted.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together vinaigrette ingredients then add to the salad and toss. Pile on top of the pizza right out of the oven, slice into 6-8 pieces, and serve immediately!
