Squash cooking boredom with this Chrissy Teigen-inspired pizza recipe made on our crispy cauliflower crust.

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower Pizza Crusts
  • 1 delicata squash, halved lengthwise
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 11 dollops ricotta
  • 1/4 jalapeño, thinly sliced
  • drizzle of olive oil
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • cilantro, to garnish

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Bake squash for 15 minutes.
  3. Remove squash from oven, flip, and mash the inside with a fork.
  4. Add garlic cloves to skillet with olive oil, and sauté for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Remove CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Crust from freezer, and top with smashed roasted squash, ricotta, jalapeños, roasted garlic, salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
  6. Bake pizza for 13-16 minutes.
  7. Garnish with cilantro, slice, and serve immediately.
