Crispy Brussels Sprouts and Bacon Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower Pizza Crusts
  • 1 cup brussels sprouts, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/3 cup goat cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 slices of bacon (turkey bacon and vegan bacon also work well), chopped
  • balsamic glaze, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss olive oil over brussels sprouts, season with black pepper, and mix together.
  2. Remove CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Crust from the freezer and top with mozzarella cheese and seasoned brussels sprouts.
  3. Bake pizza according to package instructions. While that bakes, cook bacon and chop into bite sized pieces.
  4. Once the pizza is done cooking, top with cooked bacon pieces and goat cheese, and drizzle balsamic glaze on top.
