Ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower Pizza Crust
  • 5 slices prosciutto
  • 1/4 yellow onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • ricotta cheese, to taste
  • goat cheese, to taste
  • 2 tbsp sage, chopped
  • pomegranate seeds, for garnish

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Bake prosciutto until crispy, about 10 minutes. While prosciutto bakes, melt butter in a pan, then add onions. Cook until caramelized.
  3. Remove CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Crust from freezer, layer with pumpkin puree, cheeses, onions, prosciutto, and sage. Bake according to package instructions.
  4. Remove pizza from oven, garnish with black pepper and pomegranate seeds. Slice and enjoy!
