Ingredients

  • 3-5 pieces All Natural Spicy(ish) Chicken Tenders
  • 2 of your favorite gluten-free tortillas
  • 1/2 cup shredded gouda
  • 1/4 cup shredded pepperjack cheese
  • 1/3 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1/3 cup roasted red peppers, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • cilantro, for garnish
  • sour cream, for topping
  • guacamole, for topping

Cooking Instructions

  1. Air fry CAULIPOWER Chicken Tenders according to package instructions.
  2. Saute peppers and onions in olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Let chicken tenders cool, then chop into smaller pieces.
  4. Layer tortilla with both cheeses, roasted veggies, and chicken tenders. Add top tortilla and cook in a skillet over medium heat flipping halfway through.
  5. Slice and top with sour cream, guac, and cilantro. Enjoy!
