Ingredients

  • 4-6 Chicken Tenders
  • ⅔ cup orange juice
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • ¼ tsp sesame oil
  • ½ tsp ginger
  • ½ tsp pepper flakes
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch, flour, or arrowroot
  • Optional: rice, chives

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. In a saucepan, heat 1 tbsp oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 2 min.
  3. Remove CAULIPOWER Chicken Tenders from freezer and cook for 17-19 minutes.
  4. Add orange juice, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, lemon juice, and sesame oil to saucepan. Bring to a boil.
  5. Meanwhile in a small bowl, mix thickening agent with a splash of water, add to saucepan and simmer until sauce is syrupy, about 5 minutes.
  6. Coat tenders with sauce, place on rice, and top with chives. Serve immediately.
