While the pizza is baking, blister a cup of cherry tomatoes in a skillet with olive oil over medium-high heat.
Remove pizza from the oven. Using arugula, create a ring around the edge of the pizza. Top ring with cherry tomatoes then fill in gaps with shaved parmesan.
Lastly, cut the bottom off a red bell pepper. Then, cut the bottom in half. Cut in half again to create the rounded top of the bow. From the rest of the bell pepper, cut two thin slices and one short square. Carefully lay the bow on the base of the wreath. Enjoy alongside your favorite beverage!
