"Ice Cream Sundae" Pizza

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower Pizza Crusts
  • cooking spray
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tsp powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup chocolate-hazelnut spread
  • 3 scoops Enlightened Brownies & Cookie Dough ice cream
  • 1/3 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup nuts, chopped
  • 2 tbsp sprinkles

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Crust from freezer, discard packaging, and cook according to package instructions.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the heavy cream and powdered sugar to form stiff peaks. Transfer the whipped cream to a piping bag or gallon freezer bag.
  3. Place your cooked CAULIPOWER crust on a serving plate and top with the chocolate-hazelnut spread, smoothing evenly to the edges. Then, add ice cream scoops.
  4. Cut off the tip of the bag and pipe whipped cream around the ice cream scoops.
  5. Add the sliced strawberries to the pizza. Then, garnish with chopped nuts and finish with sprinkles.
