Enjoy this lower carb, high protein plate that's perfect for a quick and delicious lunch!



  • 3 pieces All Natural Spicy(ish) Chicken Tenders
  • 1 cup cottage cheese, blended
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1.5 tsp dried dill
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 clementine
  • 1/2 cup cucumber
  • 1/4 cup your favorite cheese, cubed
  • 3 mini bell peppers, halved

Cooking Instructions

  1. Cook CAULIPOWER Chicken Tenders according to package instructions.
  2. As Chicken Tenders are cooking, blend cottage cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, dried dill, salt, and pepper in a food processor or blender until smooth.
  3. Plate cucumber, clementine, cheese, mini bell peppers, and bowl of blended cottage cheese on a plate and enjoy!
